Liverpool suffers third consecutive defeat


On Wednesday, Liverpool suffered a heavy defeat at home to Dutch club PSV Eindhoven in the UEFA Champions League, losing 4-1. Eindhoven secured the three points thanks to three goals scored in the second half, while the home team failed to respond.

The Merseyside club recorded their third consecutive heavy loss, with an aggregate score of 1-10 over these matches. Before this, they had lost 3-0 to both Nottingham Forest and Manchester City.

In their last 12 matches, Liverpool has been defeated nine times. In the English Premier League, the reigning champions are currently in 12th place.
