Maresca: Caicedo Ready to Play Against Newcastle

Chelsea head coach Enzo Maresca has announced that midfielder Moisés Caicedo is ready for the next Premier League match against Newcastle. The Ecuadorian footballer has fully recovered from his injury and might start the match in the main lineup.

"Caicedo is available again and ready to play. He is completely fit," the Italian coach said, as quoted by Fabrizio Romano.

In the 2025/2026 season, Caicedo has played in 24 matches, scoring 4 goals and providing 2 assists. The Newcastle vs. Chelsea match is scheduled for December 20.
