The official FIFA website has published the individual votes of players regarding the nomination for the Best Manager of 2025. Among the listed votes is the selection made by Eldor Shomurodov, the captain of the Uzbekistan national team and forward for Istanbul Basaksehir.
The prominent representative of Uzbek football prioritized coaches who demonstrated the most consistent and effective results during the current season in forming his top-3 list. Shomurodov ranked Paris Saint-Germain’s head coach Luis Enrique as his top choice.
The second place in his ranking went to Hans-Dieter Flick, who has guided Barcelona to a new phase, while the third place was given to Enzo Maresca, recognized for successfully shaping a solid playing style with Chelsea in a short period.
