
Paris Saint-Germain has activated the extension clause in the contract of Ibrahima Mbaye. The agreement with the 17-year-old footballer was originally set to last until mid-2027, but the club has decided to extend it by another year.
This was reported by journalist Fabrice Hawkins. The young winger has already appeared in 30 matches across all competitions for PSG's first team.
In the current season, head coach Luis Enrique has included him in the starting lineup 8 times and brought him on as a substitute in 10 more occasions. Valued by Transfermarkt at €25 million, Mbaye has scored 2 goals and provided 4 assists while playing for PSG.
