Al-Hilal midfielder Rúben Neves has expressed his intent to return to the English Premier League and may change his club during this winter transfer window. Earlier reports indicated that the player had refused to sign a new contract with his current club.
According to *The Times*, based on this development, Al-Hilal management is considering selling Neves during the January transfer window. The initial transfer fee is said to be around £18 million, but due to the player's stance, the agreement might be finalized for an even lower amount.
It has been noted that several Premier League clubs are showing interest in Neves, including Manchester United, Newcastle, and West Ham.
