Britain’s prestigious publication, The Guardian, has announced its list of the top 100 footballers in the world for 2025. The ranking was compiled based on votes from journalists, current coaches, and former professional footballers, summarizing the year’s standout figures in the world of football.
According to the publication’s conclusion, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) winger Ousmane Dembélé has been named the best footballer of 2025. The French forward outshone his competitors thanks to his consistent performances throughout the year, decisive contributions, and immense impact on his team. Experts highlighted his speed, dribbling skills, and ability to influence match outcomes as key factors.
