Barcelona offers loan deal for Hamza Abdelkarim

Barcelona is reportedly working on signing Egyptian club Al-Ahly's forward Hamza Abdelkarim. According to sports reports, the Catalan club has sent an initial offer to loan the talented 17-year-old with a purchase option, but the Cairo-based club has rejected it.

The Al-Ahly management is reportedly aiming to generate over 5 million euros from the sale of the promising forward. Abdelkarim has appeared in three matches for Al-Ahly's first team.

For Egypt's Under-17 national team, he has played 19 matches, scoring 12 goals and providing six assists. The Transfermarkt portal currently values the player at 100,000 euros.
