Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) forward Ousmane Dembele, who has recovered from injuries, is reportedly surprised by the coaching staff's limited use of him on the field. Canal+ has reported on the matter.
Dembele came off the bench in the second half of the Intercontinental Cup match against Flamengo but failed to convert one of the post-match penalties. Nonetheless, this did not prevent the team from securing victory.
However, ongoing issues in finishing attacks have left his role on the pitch unclear for now. According to sources, tension between the player and the coaching staff is escalating.
Dembele has struggled with health issues throughout the season, causing intermittent absences. He has participated in 13 matches across all competitions, scoring 3 goals and providing 3 assists.
The coaching staff maintains that he is not yet fully prepared to start games. However, the player himself holds a different view: Dembele believes that more playing time in the starting lineup is essential for him to regain the necessary rhythm and confidence.
