Fermin Lopez Assesses Barcelona's Championship Prospects

Barcelona midfielder Fermin Lopez has responded to the question of whether his team is the favorite to win the La Liga title this season. The Catalans currently lead the standings with 46 points from 18 matches, four points ahead of Madrid’s Real Madrid.

“I don’t like discussions tied to the label of ‘main favorite.’ I also don’t enjoy comparisons with other teams.

We don’t focus on anyone else — we just try to play as well as we can. Of course, Real is our main rival, but if we stay at our level and keep doing everything right, the results will come,” Fermin said, as quoted by Barca Universal.
