Andijan announce transfer of Georgian midfielder

Andijan, aiming to strengthen the squad for the new season, have completed another transfer. This time, an agreement has been reached with experienced Georgian defensive midfielder Aleksandr Andronikashvili. The player, who spent the last two and a half seasons in Georgia’s Erovnuli League with Dila, will represent Andijan from the 2026 season.

Andronikashvili was born on 9 April 1999 in Tbilisi, Georgia. He has spent most of his career in the Georgian league, having previously played for FC 35, Lokomotiv (Tbilisi), Shukura and Dila.

This year, the midfielder made 33 league appearances for Dila and scored 8 goals. He also featured this season in the UEFA Europa Conference League (4 matches, 1 goal), the David Kipiani Cup (3 matches, 1 goal) and the Georgian Super Cup (2 matches, 1 goal).
