Kanchelskis says Safonov was named the club’s player of the month

Former Russia national team midfielder and ex-Manchester United player Andrey Kanchelskis commented on PSG goalkeeper Matvey Safonov being named the club’s best player for December. French outlet Le Parisien ranked him first. “Safonov is a great guy! He took his chance and played well in the last matches. I can only congratulate Matvey on such an achievement. He was rightly recognized as the player of the month,” Sovetskiy Sport quotes Kanchelskis as saying.
