Tukmanov noted that this situation may not affect the issue of the World Cup being hosted by the United States. “Will FIFA take away the right to host the World Cup from the US because of this? The 2026 World Cup featuring 48 national teams will be held from June 11 to July 19 across Canada, Mexico and the United States. The final qualification spots will be decided in March.
