Lazio agree deal with RB Salzburg striker Petar Ratkov

Rome’s Lazio are set to strengthen their squad with another Serbian player. The player in question is striker Petar Ratkov, who currently plays for RB Salzburg in the Austrian league. This was reported by euro-football.ru reports .

In February 2024, Ratkov set a club record and became the scorer of the fastest goal in Austrian league history. However, he caught the Romans’ attention not only with that achievement, but also with his overall playing qualities.

According to journalist Alfredo Pedulla, Lazio will pay €13 million for Ratkov’s transfer. For a club that has not made major spending for a long time, this is a notable figure. Lazio are currently 9th in the Serie A standings.
