Vitaliy Levchenko could join Irtysh as an advisor

Interesting news in Kazakh football: renowned Tajik coach Vitaliy Levchenko could be appointed as an advisor to Pavlodar's "Irtysh" club. According to asnews.kz, negotiations are underway between the parties, and the matter is expected to be clarified soon.
It is reported that the 53-year-old specialist will be involved not only in the main team work in Pavlodar, but also in the direction of the academy, which is considered the future of the club. That is, Levchenko's role is not limited to advising the first team - he is expected to play an important role in the full development of the club system, youth training, selection, and strengthening the football infrastructure.
In addition, Levchenko will also work as an advisor to the khokim of Pavlodar region on the development of football in the region. This means that his participation in Pavlodar will be large-scale: club + academy + regional football - all in one system.
Previously, another option regarding the coaching staff at "Irtysh" was considered. In particular, it was said that Belarusian specialist Alexander Sednev could become an assistant to the new head coach of "Irtysh" Samat Smakov, but he will eventually stay at "Dynamo" Brest.
Now the focus is on Levchenko: according to reports, the former Neftchi head coach will make his final decision in the coming days.
In short, if Levchenko really comes to Pavlodar, "Irtysh" could embark on the path of "reassembling" not just the team, but the entire club system. And this means the same thing for fans: big changes, big plans, and, perhaps, big results.
