Former AC Milan player Vitaliy Kutuzov shared his thoughts on the prospects of Viktor Gancharenko, who has been appointed head coach of the Belarus national team. This was reported by euro-football.ru reports .
According to Kutuzov, bringing Gancharenko in as head coach is a clear and meaningful step by the leadership of the Belarus Football Federation. He also stressed that this appointment is a serious test for Gancharenko as he seeks to prove himself again and show that he still has what it takes.
As a reminder, the 48-year-old specialist took over as head coach of the Belarus national team in the first half of January. Gancharenko signed a long-term contract with the national side running through the end of 2029.
