The final match of the Spanish Cup quarter-finals turned into a real shock scenario. Atletico ruthlessly defeated Betis at the Estadio de la Cartuja in Seville, scoring 5 unanswered goals and securing a place in the semi-finals with "big confidence."
The match itself went in Madrid's favor in the 12th minute: Hansko opened the scoring and disrupted Betis's defense from tomorrow. Shortly after, in the 30th minute, Simeone further cemented the lead. And in the 37th minute, a particularly interesting moment occurred for the fans: Ademola Lukman, making her debut for the Madrid side, managed to score a goal+assist in her very first game - a very "chess move" for a debut, frankly.
Atletico didn't slow down in the second half. In the 62nd minute, Griezmann once again said his word - 0:4. In the 83rd minute, Almada scored the last goal, turning the scoreboard into a large 0:5.
