Melikuziev knocked out Agbeko in the 7th round in Las Vegas (video)

A professional boxing event is currently underway in Las Vegas. One of the most significant clashes of the evening was the match between our compatriot Bektemir Melikuziev and Ghanaian Sena Agbeko.
From the very beginning of the fight, the "leather glove master" took initiative: a series of shots, pressure, tempo - everything was there. Agbeko, however, proved quite patient: he received heavy blows, tried to maintain the distance, and in some situations, he "broke" himself in defense, trying to slow down Meliqo'ziyev's pace. But this scenario didn't last long.
The match was decided by the 7th round: Bektemir Melikuziev organized an attack that brought his opponent to a technical knockout, and the referee stopped the fight - result by KO/TKO, 7th round, 2:58. Thus, Meliqo'ziyev secured his 17th professional victory.
Interestingly, the main event of this evening is also full of hype: Ryan Garcia and Mario Barrios will fight for the WBC welterweight title, and the bout will take place at the T-Mobile Arena.
The conclusion is one: Bektemir Melikuziev once again made a very loud "I'm ready" signal in Las Vegas. Now the important thing is to carry this wave of victory to the next opponents: the worst scenario for an opponent is to tolerate an athlete who maintains rhythm in boxing.
