Real Madrid forward undergoes surgery after serious injury

"Real" forward Rodrigo Goes has undergone successful surgery. After the Brazilian player was diagnosed with a torn anterior cruciate ligament and external meniscus in his right leg, doctors decided to perform an immediate operation. The club's official website reported that the surgery was carried out under the supervision of the "Real" medical staff.
This unfortunate incident occurred during the 26th round of the Spanish championship against "Xetafe". Interestingly, despite the injury, Rodrigo finished the match. Although he entered the field in the 55th minute, he continued to play through the pain. The player will now begin his recovery process in the coming days.
This season, Rodrigo has managed to play in 27 matches for "Real" across all competitions. He has recorded 3 goals and 6 assists. There is no official information yet on when the player will return, but such injuries usually require long-term rehabilitation.
