While the first two rounds of the season were uncompromising for the fans, the situation changed by the 3rd round. If in previous matches only winners and losers were determined, this time in exactly 5 out of 8 matches the teams shared points.
Central competitions: Neftchi's victory in the Valley derby
One of the most interesting matches of the round took place in Fergana. Neftchi hosted Andijon at home and scored three unanswered goals. This victory made the Fergana team the absolute leader in the tournament table.
In Tashkent, the Namangan "Navbahor" team played away against "Pakhtakor" and won an important victory. In Samarkand, the fierce match between "Dinamo" and "Nasaf" ended in a 1:1 draw.

- Neftchi's move: The Fergana team started the season ideally with 3 wins in 3 matches and a +9 goal difference. They are currently the only club that hasn't lost a single point.
- Density: teams from 2nd to 4th place ("Lokomotiv," "Nasaf," "Bukhara") have the same 7 points each. This indicates that the fight for the championship heated up too early.
- Outsiders: Muborak's Mash'al team currently sits at the bottom of the table, unable to accumulate a single point.
