Arbeloa speaks openly about Real's future after Champions League exit

Real Madrid head coach Alvaro Arbeloa spoke openly about his future and coaching philosophy after the team was eliminated from the Champions League quarter-finals, losing 4:6 on aggregate to Bayern Munich.
Arbeloa emphasized that since taking over the coaching position, he has never made it his primary goal to prove himself to anyone. According to him, the most important thing was to provide maximum support to the players on the pitch and develop the team:
— "Since taking this position, I haven't aimed to prove my level as a coach to anyone. I never wanted to win games specifically through my decisions; my main goal has been to help the players on the field," Arbeloa said.
He also cited matches against some of Europe's strongest clubs, such as Bayern Munich (Vincent Kompany), Manchester City (Pep Guardiola), and Atletico Madrid (Diego Simeone). In his view, each of these teams clearly reflects the style of its coach:
— "We played against many strong teams like Vincent Kompany's Bayern, Pep Guardiola's Manchester City, and Diego Simeone's Atletico. I believe most teams in Europe reflect the style of their manager," Arbeloa stated.
Arbeloa noted that the coach's influence is significant in most European teams, but admitted it is difficult to accurately assess the extent of his own influence at Real. He did not rule out that this influence might be less than that of some major clubs:
— "I don't know exactly how much my influence was visible in my team or what its share was. Perhaps it is considerably less compared to the teams I mentioned above," said Arbeloa.
At the same time, he noted differences compared to his time working at Castilla and emphasized that each stage provided a unique experience:
— "Perhaps this influence was even lower than when I worked at Castilla. I have always tried to help the club as much as possible, and this will continue until the end," Arbeloa added.
In conclusion, Arbeloa stated that he has always given his all for the benefit of the club and will continue to work with full loyalty in this pursuit.
