Uzbek track and field athletes win gold and silver medals

The Asian Throwing Championships in athletics took place in Mokpo, South Korea. In a competition featuring the continent's strongest athletes, the Uzbekistan national team performed well, securing one gold and one silver medal.
Representing our country, Sarvar Ismoilov achieved an outstanding result in the javelin throw, claiming the championship title. During the competition, he recorded a distance of 77.39 meters, not only surpassing his rivals but also setting a new personal best. This result once again demonstrates Ismoilov's athletic growth and high potential.
Additionally, Ayubkhon Fayozov performed successfully in the hammer throw, earning a silver medal with a result of 71.33 meters. His performance also secured important points and a high standing for the team.
According to experts, such results indicate that Uzbekistan's athletics is strengthening its position on the international stage. In particular, the breaking of records by young and talented athletes lays the foundation for even greater achievements in the future.
