Refreshed after a break, Javohir Sindarov shines again

A bright representative of Uzbekistan chess, Javohir Sindarov, has been in the spotlight of the global chess community in recent months. The young grandmaster, who recently surprised many with a historic performance at the Candidates Tournament, is currently competing against world stars at the prestigious Grand Chess Tour in Poland.

Sindarov's participation in the Candidates Tournament was highly rated not only by Uzbek fans but also by international experts. He demonstrated great confidence under pressure and high competition. In particular, his composure and precise moves in decisive moments drew much attention.

When asked how he rested after the Candidates Tournament, Javohir gave an unexpected answer. He said that for the last two weeks, he had stayed almost completely away from chess.

— The Candidates Tournament takes a lot of energy. You get exhausted both mentally and physically. That's why I decided to let my brain rest completely. I tried not to think about chess. I played more Counter-Strike and did other things, — said Sindarov.

The young chess player admitted that he started serious preparations for the tournament in Poland very late.

— I started preparing again only two days before the Grand Chess Tour began. Because it was important to recover first, — he added.

Nevertheless, Javohir managed to demonstrate his high level in the very first matches of the tournament. He noted that winning some games was not easy.

— In some situations during the game, it seemed very difficult to win. But in the end, I managed to secure the victory. I was satisfied with the first day in general, — said the Uzbek grandmaster.

Experts believe that Sindarov's ability to recover in a short time and return to a high level of play demonstrates his psychological preparation and professional approach. In modern chess, not only theory and calculation but also mental stability are of great importance.

Javohir Sindarov's successes show that a new generation of Uzbek chess is emerging. His games are followed by millions of fans, and many see him as one of the main contenders for the world championship in the future.
