Daniel Levy prays for Tottenham to stay in the Premier League

Former Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy has shared his thoughts on the club's dire situation in the English Premier League and the risk of relegation. He emphasized that after 25 years of service, he never imagined the team would face such a crisis. This is reported by Goal.com reports .

Levy stated that during the project of the modern stadium, built for £1 billion in 2019, the thought of the team being relegated never crossed his mind. For the team, currently sitting in 17th place, the remaining matches are of decisive importance.

Although the former chairman admitted to feeling empty, he remains hopeful that the team, led by Roberto De Zerbi, will survive in the Premier League. He did not hide his concern for the club's future during a conversation with the Prince of Wales.

As a reminder, Tottenham won the Europa League title in May 2025 after defeating Manchester United. However, the results in the domestic league are worrying the fans.

To lift the team out of the relegation zone, positive results are required in the matches against Chelsea and Everton. Meanwhile, West Ham will battle Newcastle and Leeds to escape the danger zone.
