Sid Meier’s Civilization 7 cracked before its official release

The launch of Sid Meier’s Civilization 7 has been far from smooth.

The game was released early for premium edition owners, but according to reviews, many players are frustrated with what has been done to the franchise.

However, this isn’t the only issue for Firaxis Games and 2K. Civilization 7 has already been cracked a week before its official release. Despite being protected by the powerful Denuvo DRM system, the game has fallen victim to hackers.

The reason? The Linux version does not contain DRM protection, making it easy to crack. As a result, the pirated version of Civilization 7 is already spreading across the internet.
