Telegram Announces a $1 Million Annual Developer Position

Applications for the developer position will only be accepted from participants who win a special code-writing competition. The deadline for the competition is July 11, 2025.

Telegram has launched a dedicated page detailing the competition, including technical tasks and requirements. Contestants will be given complex challenges focused on writing efficient, fast, and secure code.

Telegram currently has over one billion users worldwide, and its high level of security and fast performance are highly praised by many. The company is now working on further enhancing these strengths.
