Meta has released a new version of WhatsApp for iOS — update 25.28.75 (iOS 26). The main change is the appearance of the Liquid Glass style in the app design, reports the Rozetked.me website.
Now the messenger interface resembles the “glass” look of Apple’s system — elements transmit subtle light, and shadows and tints appear vivid.
At the same time, the company has not officially announced this update, but it has already been activated for some users. Apparently, the update may still be in testing or being rolled out gradually.
A similar Liquid Glass design previously appeared in the Google Chrome (iOS 141) version. It has also been reported that an interface in this style is being prepared for Telegram as well.
