Samsung adds the ability to transfer eSIM from iPhone to Galaxy

Samsung will add the ability to transfer eSIM from iPhone to Galaxy

Samsung will introduce the function to transfer eSIM from iPhone to Galaxy in the new One UI 8.5 version, writes Rozetked.me.

This was revealed when the code line “Transfer SIM from iPhone” was found in the test version of One UI 8.5. The function will allow users to transfer an eSIM without operator involvement. Previously, this was only possible between Android devices.

The new feature will be offered during the initial setup process of the smartphone — a “Transfer SIM from iPhone” menu will appear in the system. This will make the process of switching from iOS to Android much more convenient.

In addition, the Wi-Fi system in One UI 8.5 will also be improved:

The Real-Time Data Priority mode manages network priority between applications;

Automatic switching between Wi-Fi and mobile network will be introduced using AI.
