Xiaomi has introduced the Mijia Floor Scrubber 5 Max, a new cordless vacuum cleaner designed for hard floors. The device combines three cleaning methods at once: steam, foam and hot water. According to the company, this system is built to handle heavy dirt, grease and sticky spills more effectively than standard floor cleaners. Reports Rozetked.me.
The scrubber delivers steam at 160°C to loosen grime, remove stubborn stains and help sanitize surfaces. It also sprays thick foam to break down oily marks, while 90°C hot water is used to soften sugar-based messes such as juice or syrup. Xiaomi says the model is equipped with 28,000 Pa suction power, a roller brush for both wet and dry debris, and a four-layer anti-hair-tangle scraper.
The new appliance also includes edge-cleaning technology with infrared sensors, allowing it to clean close to walls, furniture legs and cabinet edges. For maintenance, Xiaomi added a self-cleaning function that uses boiling water for rinsing and disinfection, followed by hot-air drying of the roller.
The Mijia Floor Scrubber 5 Max runs on a 6,300 mAh battery and offers up to 70 minutes of use. It comes with a 1-liter clean water tank, a 700 ml dirty water container, smart home integration and a color display for mode and battery information. The model is already available on YouPin for 2,999 yuan.
