SpaceX Starship V3 rocket equipped with 50 cameras and Starlink

SpaceX, founded by Elon Musk, has revealed new details about its largest Starship V3 rocket. The new generation rocket is equipped with 50 cameras, allowing for comprehensive monitoring of flight and testing processes. For comparison, Starship V2 models typically feature 20 to 30 cameras, and this new figure significantly increases diagnostic capabilities. According to Ixbt.com reports.
The increased number of cameras allows SpaceX engineers to monitor the performance of the rocket structure, engines, and heat shielding in real-time with greater precision. This data is crucial for making future flights safer and more efficient.
Additionally, the system integrates Starlink satellite connectivity, providing data transmission speeds of up to 480 Mbit/s. This high-speed channel enables the transmission of large volumes of visual and technical data to Earth without latency.
According to Elon Musk, the next version of the Starship rocket will be even taller than the current one, potentially reaching a height of 150 meters. These updates are not just minor changes, but a fundamental redesign of the entire system. The next test flight of the rocket is scheduled for May 20.
