The list of authorized companies includes tech giants such as Alibaba, Tencent, ByteDance, and JD.com, as well as major distributors like Lenovo and Foxconn. Each company can purchase up to 75,000 chips under the license, though the final outcome depends on further regulatory decisions and logistics.
NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang visited China as part of a delegation led by US President Donald Trump. According to sources, his main goal during this trip is to revitalize negotiations on H200 chip supplies and ease tensions caused by export restrictions.
