Financial strategy for women entrepreneurship under development

The development of a financial service strategy to support women's entrepreneurship is underway, the Central Bank of Uzbekistan reported.

As part of the implementation of Presidential Decree PQ–103 dated March 14, 2025, the Central Bank held another round of meetings with 11 commercial banks.

In May 2025, discussions were also held with “Hamroh” company, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and active commercial banks such as Xalq Bank and Microcreditbank.

The meetings focused on opportunities to create financial products, training, and mentorship programs tailored for women entrepreneurs. Priority directions for the strategy were also identified. Read 'Zamin' on Telegram!
