Between August 8 and 10, climatic conditions will remain unchanged in almost all regions of our country. This was reported by the official source — the UzHydromet Center. According to their latest forecast, in the coming days, the sky over Uzbekistan is expected to remain mostly slightly cloudy and dry.
On Friday — August 9, the air temperature across our country is expected to be mostly +35…+37 degrees. Until the beginning of next week, in some regions, the temperature may rise even more and reach up to +40 degrees in the southern regions. Meteorologists consider these figures natural and within the norm for the first ten days of August.
On Saturday and Sunday — the weekend, the temperature will rise even more and is said to reach around +37…+40 degrees during daytime. In some desert and steppe areas, the thermometer may rise up to +42 degrees. This requires caution when moving in extreme heat and being prepared against sunstroke and dehydration.
In addition, according to observations, the wind will blow at a speed of 7–12 meters per second. On August 10, especially in the northern regions of the republic, the wind speed in some places may increase up to 13–18 meters per second, which may be accompanied by dust storms.
In the capital — the city of Tashkent, nature is expected to maintain relative stability. Daily weather will be slightly cloudy and relatively sunny. Wind will blow from the east at a speed of about 3–8 meters per second. Nighttime temperatures will be +21…+23 degrees, and during the day: on August 8 — +35…+37 degrees, on August 9–10 — between +37…+39 degrees.
Thus, in the coming days, the weather is expected to be clear but hot. Be attentive: on windy days, dust storms may occur. Children and the elderly are particularly in the risk group. It is recommended to protect yourself from the sun, drink more water, and avoid staying outside for long periods.
Such high weather intensity in the first ten days of August is natural. Understanding and adapting to this heat is only up to us.
