In it, in a friendly tone, thoughts are expressed about further expanding the traditional relations between the two states and conducting them on the basis of the principles of long-term cooperation.
The congratulation emphasizes that the future directions of dialogue and cooperation must serve the common interests of our peoples. At the same time, in the congratulation sent to Kyiv, our head of state stated that he congratulated the people of Ukraine on the holiday and wished peace-tranquility and prosperity.
The leader of our country personally wished Zelensky health, family happiness and success in his responsible activity. It was noted that these words, although within the framework of diplomatic rhetoric, express a prudent intention aimed at a practical result.
In turn, Zelensky expressed gratitude for the sent congratulation. He also expressed an intention to strengthen the relations of the two states, to set up cooperation effectively and to open new pages in the future.
