The first day of autumn — September 1 — means the beginning of a new season for everyone. People’s attention is especially drawn to what the weather will be like. According to information announced by Uzhydromet, tomorrow across the republic will pass with cool nights and warm days.
In Tashkent city the weather will be slightly cloudy, no precipitation is expected. The wind will mainly blow from the northeast at a speed of 3–8 m/s. The temperature is expected to drop to 13–15 degrees at night and rise to 30–32 degrees during the day. Thus, for the capital’s residents, the first day of autumn will begin with a cool morning and a warm day.
In Karakalpakstan and Khorezm the same pattern will prevail — the day will be slightly cloudy and without precipitation. However, the wind may be stronger: 7–12 m/s, in some places 13–18 m/s, and dust storms are not excluded. The temperature will be 13–18 degrees at night and 27–32 degrees during the day.
Residents of Bukhara and Navoi are warned about the possibility of stronger winds. In some areas, wind speed may reach 20–23 m/s and raise dust. In these regions, the temperature at night will be 13–18 degrees and during the day around 28–33 degrees.
In the Tashkent, Syrdarya, Jizzakh, and Samarkand regions, the weather will be similar. No precipitation is expected, but wind strengthening is possible. In some areas, it may reach 20–23 m/s and raise dust clouds. The temperature will be characterized by cool nights of 13–18 degrees and warm days of 28–33 degrees.
In the Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions, warmer weather is expected. The wind will blow from the northeast at a speed of 7–12 m/s. At night the temperature will be 16–21 degrees, and during the day it will rise to 31–36 degrees. In these regions, the transition from summer to autumn is felt later.
In Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana, the wind direction will change, blowing from east to northeast at a speed of 5–10 m/s. The temperature will be 13–18 degrees at night and 28–33 degrees during the day.
In the mountainous regions, the weather will be relatively cool. The wind speed will be 7–12 m/s, in some places up to 13–18 m/s. The temperature will be 9–14 degrees at night and 20–25 degrees during the day.
It is expected that the first day of autumn will be different in various regions of the country. In some provinces, strong winds and dust storms may occur. Therefore, specialists urge the population to be cautious. With these warnings, it is recommended to begin the first day of autumn while protecting health and safety.
