In the coming days, the population of Uzbekistan will face an unusual natural phenomenon — strong magnetic storms. According to information released by the Meteo Agency, on September 1 and 2, geomagnetic disturbances classified as “red level” will be observed in our country.
According to specialists, already in the morning of September 1, serious changes in magnetic fields are forecasted. The disturbances that began the previous day will intensify on the second day and may reach 6.7 points. This will be a serious test for people with health problems.
In particular, patients with cardiovascular diseases, people with long-standing nervous system disorders, as well as those suffering from diabetes or bronchial asthma, may feel the negative effects of magnetic storms more strongly. Weather-sensitive people are also not excluded from experiencing various unpleasant conditions.
It is also noted that symptoms associated with meteopathy — headaches, sharp changes in blood pressure, insomnia, or rapid fatigue — may become more severe. For this reason, specialists are urging the population, especially in the morning, to monitor their health, rest more, and avoid heavy physical labor.
Even for physically healthy people, such unstable cosmic processes may cause certain discomfort. In particular, changes in mood, decreased concentration, and quick fatigue may occur.
Thus, the magnetic storms expected in the country on September 1 and 2 require caution not only from a medical perspective but may also to some extent affect people’s daily activities. Meteorologists and healthcare workers are urging the population to be cautious during these days.
