On September 4, Uzbekistan’s population can expect dry and relatively calm weather. According to “Uzhydromet,” the country will experience mostly sunny and slightly cloudy skies. No precipitation is expected, but in some places wind speed will increase.
In the capital Tashkent, the weather will be sunny with no chance of rain. The wind will blow from the east at 5–10 m/s. Temperatures will be 18–20° at night and rise to 35–37° during the day.
By regions, the following weather is expected:

In Karakalpakstan and Khorezm, it will be clear with no precipitation. The wind will blow from the east at 7–12 m/s, in some areas strengthening up to 13–18 m/s. Dust storms are possible. Temperatures: 13–18° at night, 32–37° during the day.

In Bukhara and Navoi regions, also no precipitation. The wind will be 7–12 m/s, in some areas up to 13–18 m/s. Dust storms possible. Temperatures: 17–22° at night, 32–37° during the day.

In Samarkand, Jizzakh, Syrdarya, and Tashkent regions it will be sunny, with east wind at 7–12 m/s. Temperatures: 15–20° at night, 32–37° during the day.

In Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions it will be clear, east wind at 7–12 m/s. Temperatures: 17–22° at night, 33–38° during the day.

In Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana regions no precipitation is expected. The wind will be from the east at 5–10 m/s. Temperatures: 13–18° at night, 32–37° during the day.

In foothill and mountainous areas no precipitation. East wind at 7–12 m/s. Temperatures: 11–16° at night, 25–30° during the day.
Experts note that high temperatures, especially in central and southern regions, require the population to take precautions. It is recommended to avoid going outside during the hottest part of the day, increase water intake, and be careful in areas affected by strong winds.
The calm and sunny weather expected across the country on September 4 may at the same time be a challenge for people sensitive to heat. Therefore, observing safety rules and protecting one’s health is advised.
