Warm and dusty winds expected in Uzbekistan over the weekend

In the upcoming weekend, citizens of Uzbekistan can expect warm and relatively stable weather. According to the press service of “Uzgidromet,” from September 5–7 the country will see partly cloudy skies and moderate warmth.

During the daytime, temperatures will reach 30–35°C, while in some regions they may rise up to 37°C. At night and early morning, it will be around 17–22°C. Meteorologists warn that on September 5–6, in some areas, winds may intensify to 13–18 m/s, possibly causing dust storms.

In Tashkent, the weather will also remain mostly warm and slightly cloudy. The eastern wind, blowing at 3–6 m/s, may reach 8–10 m/s in some places. The temperature is forecasted at 35–37°C on September 5 and 33–35°C on September 6–7. Night temperatures will remain at 18–20°C.

Experts advise citizens to be cautious under such conditions: stay indoors during dusty winds when possible, and protect the face and eyes. It is also recommended to drink more water, avoid long stays outdoors, and pay special attention to the health of children and the elderly.

Thus, citizens will spend the upcoming weekend in warm weather, though in some regions accompanied by dusty winds.
