In Uzbekistan, the field of forensic examination may rise to a new level. At a meeting attended by the head of state, the issue of introducing modern 3D modeling technologies for the analysis of road traffic accidents was discussed, according to the President’s press service.

Currently, 64 types of examinations are conducted at the Forensic Examination Center named after Khadicha Sulaimonova. However, only half of them are available in the regions. This indicates that obtaining expert conclusions locally requires additional time and costs.

In this regard, a new approach to organizing examinations and expertise was determined. In particular, it is planned to strengthen the material and technical base of regional centers and to increase the number of types of examinations from 15 to 25.

In the new system, digital technologies will be widely used to minimize the influence of the human factor and to ensure impartiality and transparency. Automated programs will control the examination process, and the exchange of documents between inquiry, investigation bodies, and expert institutions will be fully transferred to an electronic format.

One of the most important innovations will be the introduction of a 3D modeling service for road accident sites. This technology will allow for a more accurate study of the details of incidents and effective examination of photo and video equipment. Thus, the accuracy and reliability of conclusions in court cases will reach a higher level.

In addition, the initiative to expand the activities of non-state forensic examinations, to grant the right to conduct independent practice in the form of separate bureaus, as well as to establish the Chamber of Forensic Experts of Uzbekistan, was also supported.

Officials emphasized that such changes will not only adapt the forensic system to modern requirements but also ensure fairness and transparency in protecting the rights and interests of citizens.
