Reports indicate that Uzbekistan will experience significant changes in weather during the upcoming weekend. In general, the weather will be dry across the country, with rain expected only in some mountainous areas. According to the State Hydrometeorological Service of the Republic of Uzbekistan, weather conditions are expected to be variable from October 3 to 5.
On October 3, no precipitation is expected in most parts of the country, but light rain may occur in some areas of the Fergana Valley. Short-term rain is also possible in mountainous regions. The temperature is expected to be around 18-23 degrees, with southern regions reaching up to 25-27 degrees.
From October 4 to 5, dry weather will prevail across Uzbekistan, with daytime temperatures ranging from 20 to 25 degrees. However, some mountainous areas may experience rain. During these days, the wind speed in the northern and desert regions may increase to 13-18 m/s, with sandstorms possible in some areas.
Weather forecast for Tashkent:
October 3: slightly cloudy, no precipitation expected. Temperature 20-22 degrees. Winds from the east at 3-8 m/s.
October 4: night 10-12 degrees, day 23-25 degrees.
October 5: night 10-12 degrees, day 21-23 degrees.
Residents of areas where sandstorms and strong winds are expected are advised to take precautions.
