An important event for the population of Uzbekistan: on October 4, a “dark yellow” magnetic storm is expected in the country. According to Meteonova data, the geomagnetic disturbance will reach a maximum of 4 points and is forecasted to be strongest at 8:00 in the morning. During the day, the intensity will decrease to 3 points, and by October 5, the storm is expected to weaken to 2-3 points.
Specialists note that the effects of magnetic storms are felt most strongly by people with cardiovascular diseases, nervous system disorders, diabetes, and bronchial asthma. Additionally, those sensitive to weather and experiencing meteopathic symptoms will also feel the effects more intensely.
Experts urge the population to exercise extra caution in the morning and daytime. This includes drinking water, proper nutrition, and monitoring sudden symptoms related to the cardiovascular system. These measures help reduce the impact of the magnetic storm and maintain health.
The population of Uzbekistan is advised to remain alert and prepared during these days, paying particular attention to their health.
