As of the end of September 2025, the average monthly salary in Uzbekistan amounted to 6 million 167 thousand soums. This figure continues to grow compared to the previous year.
By region, the highest salaries were recorded in Tashkent city — 10.4 million soums, and in Navoi region — 7.6 million soums. The lowest salaries were observed in Kashkadarya (4.2 million soums) and Surkhandarya (4.3 million soums) regions.
By sector, employees in the insurance industry have the highest income, earning an average of 20.9 million soums. The lowest salaries are in the preschool education system — around 2.7 million soums.
According to experts, differences in wage levels across the country are directly linked to regional economic activity, investment volume, and labor market demand.
