During an operation conducted by the Zafarobod district department of the Department under the General Prosecutor’s Office and law enforcement officers, it was discovered that citizen A.A. had sold 1,800 units of the drug “Slimming 30,” containing potent substances, for 3.6 million soums.
In a similar case, during another event with the participation of the Mirzachul district department and law enforcement officers, it was revealed that citizen J.M. illegally sold 14 boxes of the drug “Omnadren 250.”
Criminal cases have been initiated regarding these incidents under Article 251-1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Manufacturing, distributing, advertising or illegal trafficking of potent substances, their analogues, or toxic agents that are not psychotropic substances), and investigations are ongoing.
