- Syrdarya region — 106,834 soums;
- Tashkent region — 115,130 soums;
- Fergana region — 117,746 soums;
- Khorezm region — 108,758 soums;
- Tashkent city — 119,423 soums.
These prices reflect only the cost of the ingredients needed to prepare plov and do not include the prices of ready-made plov in restaurants or cafes. The following ingredients are required to prepare 1 kilogram of plov:
- vegetable oil — 0.3 liters;
- onion — 300 grams;
- beef — 700 grams;
- carrot — 1 kilogram;
- rice — 1 kilogram;
- chickpeas — 100 grams;
- cumin — 10 grams;
- table salt — 20 grams.
