An intelligent transport system is being created in Tashkent, which will bring the road traffic and transport system to a completely new level. This project is of particular importance as it is being implemented within the framework of the presidential decree aimed at modernizing the capital's infrastructure. The new system will not only facilitate the life of the fast-paced city, but will also completely change the transport culture of the capital in the future.
Within the framework of the project, data on travel, pedestrian flow, and passenger traffic dynamics are constantly collected through modern video surveillance cameras and sensors. This huge amount of data is analyzed, and the traffic light system's operating mode is automatically adjusted in real time. This will become an important factor in eliminating traffic jams and stabilizing traffic on the roads.
At the same time, if public transport deviates from the established schedule or there is a traffic interruption, the "smart" system will give priority to buses and special equipment, which will help them move smoothly. As a result, public transport will become more reliable and convenient for passengers.
Another important area of the intelligent system is the constant monitoring of the movement of vehicles and special equipment. The activities of construction equipment, the operation of mechanisms, and their safety are under constant control. Also, points considered high-risk for road traffic accidents will be identified, and practical recommendations for their reduction will be developed.
Overall, these reforms are aimed at improving road safety in Tashkent, reducing traffic congestion, increasing the efficiency of public transport, and significantly improving the lives of the city's residents. The future of the capital's transport is being achieved, which is expected to create significant changes in the daily lives of the population, especially in the coming years.
