According to the data of the National Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan, last year births were distributed by mother’s age groups as follows:
🔸Up to 25 years – 355,111 (40.4%);
🔸25–39 years – 512,034 (58.2%);
🔸40 years and older – 12,454 (1.4%).
For reference, in 2025, 879,599 live births were registered in Uzbekistan.
These figures provide interesting and important information about maternal age and the trends of timely family formation. The increase in women joining families after 40 demonstrates the high value of motherhood and family in society.
