Billionaire Elon Musk, head of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), has called for a complete overhaul of NATO.

“NATO needs a complete overhaul,” he wrote on his Facebook page.

Musk has made harsh statements about NATO before. In particular, in March last year, he supported investor David Sachs’s opinion that NATO’s time was over and that it should be abolished. “True.
