Zelenskyy announced the conditions for meeting with Putin

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said he was ready to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin, but only after a peace plan has been agreed with American and European officials.

He was responding to a question about a possible meeting with representatives of Russia, the United States, Ukraine and Saudi Arabia.

I will not meet with Russia. I don’t know if they will like it or not. I am ready to meet only with the only Russian - Vladimir Putin, but only after a general plan has been developed with Trump and Europe, Zelensky said.

Russian President’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov said that Ukraine would certainly participate in negotiations to resolve the conflict. Putin stressed that although Russia is ready to negotiate with anyone, Zelensky noted that he does not have the right to sign a peace treaty due to the "illegality" of his position.

Zelensky wants to offer Russia a "territory swap"

In an interview with The Guardian, the Ukrainian president said he was ready to exchange territory in the Kursk region under the control of Ukrainian troops for Ukrainian lands occupied by Russia.

We will exchange one territory for another, Zelensky said, adding that he did not yet know exactly which part of the territories occupied by Russia Ukraine would request.
