Russia should make territorial concessions, as well as reduce its armed forces and refrain from using them in the future, said US President Donald Trump's special representative for Ukraine Keith Kellogg.
According to him, Ukraine may also "make some concessions" during a meeting with the foreign ministers of Britain, Poland and Ukraine. In addition, Kellogg assessed how effective the sanctions imposed on Russia are now.
"They are at the level of 6 points on a 10-point scale. But their implementation is at the level of 3 points. We need sanctions that hit the economy. We did this in the past with Iran, we imposed sanctions that really broke this country," he stressed.
In addition, Kellogg predicted when the war in Ukraine would end. "President Trump has been in office for less than 30 days, and we have accomplished more in the last 30 days than the last administration did in three years," he said.
