The Crocus building burned down completely. According to the investigation, the perpetrators of the terrorist attack were four citizens of Tajikistan: Muhammadsobir Fayzov, Dalerjon Mirzoev, Saidakrom Rajabalizoda, and Shamsidin Fariduni.
