An astonishing incident occurred in China’s Guangdong province: a three-year-old boy survived a fall from the 18th floor. This was reported by the South China Morning Post.
At the time of the incident, the boy was under the care of his grandparents. Thinking he was asleep, they left home to buy groceries. After waking up, the child went to the bathroom and fell through a window that lacked safety bars.
Unexpectedly, he hit the edge of a 17th-floor window, which altered his falling direction — instead of landing on concrete, he fell directly onto tree branches. “If it hadn’t been for that tree, he would’ve landed on concrete,” his father said.
A passerby found the boy and called an ambulance. Doctors reported a broken arm, spinal strain, and internal injuries. However, his brain remained unharmed.
As a gesture of gratitude, the boy’s father decorated the tree with traditional red flowers — a symbol of respect and thankfulness in Chinese culture.
The incident has sparked widespread discussion in the community and on social media. Many are calling it a “miracle.”
